| Dear Xanga,
If I could have a liberty, It would be to be me. If I could have a dream, It would be to be free.

| He backed into the parking spot. Weird, I thought. People usually pull in. I stepped over to his passenger door and noticed upon opening it that his stuffy backseat was completely filled with clothes. Somebody could be hiding under all that, I thought. But I let it go, being overly paranoid is my Dad's bad habit. I take a seat, open my backpack of fond memories to show him the PS3 and accessories.
Suddenly, I feel the cold metallic chill of a muzzle pressed up against the base of my skull. "Don't move or I swear I'll shoot you right here," he says. "I'm chill," I tell him. They proceed to drive around my apartment complex, passing by a gentleman cleaning out his car. He looks at me, I look at him, but with a gun to the back of my head, there's not much to say.
They finally stop at the very back of the complex, out of sight from curious eyes. "Hands over your head," he says. He uses duck tape and binds my wrist. Duck tape, how cliche. They drive me out the back gate and ask if I can swim. I suck at swimming. Alex wants to know on a scale of 1-10. I tell them 2, hoping they are just trying to make me sweat.
We exit Lincoln on northbound 57. Half way up the off ramp, they tell me to get out of the car. "The only reason we didn't smoke you is because you were chill the whole time," he says. I'm out of the car, my mind is racing a million miles a second. I'm now bagless, phoneless, and out $1000 worth of PS3 and accessories.
The police officer said I did everything right and that's why I'm still alive. I thank God I am, but I can't help but feel......
